2007-2008 Catalog of Studies > Degree Completion Plans > 8-Semester Plans (2007-2008) > Food Science B.S.A., Food Science Concentration

The Food Science B.S.A. program with Food Science concentration is eligible for freshman students who want to participate in an Eight-Semester Degree Completion Program. The Food Science major has a Food Technology Concentration that can be finished in four years, but it requires a summer internship and is not eligible for the Eight Semester Degree Completion Program.

The plan for the Food Science Concentration below lists a semester-by-semester sequence of courses to finish the degree in eight semesters. Information about the University Core courses is listed in a chart at the bottom of this page.
